Cole provided high quality lawn care at my property on two occasions, responding well to direction and doing a thorough job. I would love to work with Cole again. Unfortunately, it's been extremely difficult to get in touch with Cole, who has not responded to messages or provided an invoice for more than a month. Could benefit from being more prompt in responses and setting timeline expectations.
