Cole responded to my concerns promptly. And the weeding job required a specific approach to attack this invasive aggressive species of weed and kill at the root. Cole was willing to do the research and obtain the correct herbicide and learn the technique to get at it's deep roots. He was prompt to arrive at the scheduled time for the first application. It generally takes several visits to kill the root system before the weed can be pulled up and removed. I expect he'll take the same methodical approach on subsequent visits and complete the job successfully.
