I hired this handyman from thumbtacks to install three sections of porch rails at first, two sections looked okay, but the third one was not level. He told me he will come back to fix it, but after I paid him, he never returned. I tried contacting him several times with no respond. Later, when I was cleaning the porch rails, I discovered that one of the poles on another section was broken off at the at top. This shows po or workmanship and no attention to detail. Thumbtacks has been trying to reach him as well, and he still won't answer the phone. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of professionalism. I would not hire him again.
