Unresponsive!, I wanted a dog door and he asked for pictures of the place. He didn’t respond, I asked if he had received them and he just said “yes” that was the end of the conversation.

Hi Liliana, thank you for the feedback — I'd like to clarify what happened, because we did try to help with your project.
When you first reached out, we asked whether you wanted the dog door cut into an existing glass door or through a wall, since that determines what's possible. You said you wanted it through the door and sent photos. We confirmed we received them.
After reviewing the photos, we replied that we cannot cut a dog door into a glass door — glass doors are tempered and can shatter, so it's not a safe or code-compliant installation. We offered two alternatives: installing the dog door in the side wall, or replacing the existing door with one that already has a pet door built in.
That message was sent at 1:08 PM and marked as seen. It wasn't a brush-off — it was the honest answer to your request. We're sorry the options weren't what you were hoping for, but we'd rather tell you that upfront than take the job and risk breaking your door.
