- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our gross profit margin is lower than most Retail carpet stores in Colorado. We buy Mill direct but also buy discontinued and overstock so we have lower cost and hand the savings down to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the customer visit us at our Store to pick the material and make sure we have something they happy with. After that we will go and measure your house or rental.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in flooring sales since 1995 so have over 32 years of experience.
