This team was great to work with. They were incredibly fast, starting just two days after my request, and the price was reasonable. The final result is fantastic; we are completely happy with the carpetinstall. Dan also provided excellent, knowledgeable advice about our asbestos concerns.
The core service, quality, and expertise were outstanding. The only minor hiccup was an uncommunicated project delay on the second day that required me to follow up. However, the job was completed beautifully the next day. Highly recommended.

We aim to provide fair, competitive pricing while delivering high-quality materials and installation.
Typical project ranges:
• Carpet: $3.50 – $6/sq ft
• Laminate / LVP: $7 – $10/sq ft
• Hardwood: $15 – $20/sq ft (varies with material)
Our pricing is typically all-inclusive, covering:
• Tear-out & haul-away

• Materials & professional installation
Every project is unique, so we’re happy to walk through options and provide a clear, detailed estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a customer will reach out with a want or need. We will talk on the phone for as long as they would like, then we will set up a time to meet and actually look at the project. I will answer as many or as few questions about the whole process as they have. We will look at the project, I will diagram and measure the project. Then we will look at a number of options, IE, price quality, availability. Many customers have thoroughly appreciated the options so they could make the best decision for them and their family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Dad was a general contractor - I was raised in ALL aspects of remodel. In the 90's I was in the Army, College & Real Estate. 2000's - Now, I've owned my own property preservation & flooring company.
