FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices reflect labor and use of supplies. I am a small business and I do fund it myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Virtual or in-person consultation to assess customer needs and wants. (Pictures/videos are super helpful!) 2. Schedule an appointment at least 24-48 hours ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible with an added fee. 3. Day of the appointment, please put all pets away and ensure children are away from work areas as products/chemicals will be within reach. Safety is most important! 4. The customer will be notified after the cleaning services are provided. Pictures will be taken and sent to the customer for verification of services rendered. Reviews are absolutely appreciated as constructive criticism/feedback is extremely helpful!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for well over 6 years now. My mother previously worked as a housecleaner alongside my father's landscaping business, so I adopted a lot of my skills from her. I cleaned for a residential client for many years and also worked for a residential cleaning agency in Aurora, Colorado.
