Most of the house was decently cleaned. However, I asked for a deep clean and paid for a deep clean and our bathrooms were not deep cleaned at all. The showers looked untouched and dust streaks on baseboards. I did reach out to the owner and let her know my frustration. She apologized and thanked me for the feedback. However, unfortunately, I won’t be using their services again.
