Everything from the initial consultations and quote process through project completion (the interior of my house) was fantastic. The Certa Pro South Denver team is quite knowledgeable and helped my wife and me make great decisions on paint choices and color schemes. Highly recommend!

Certa Pro Painters of South Denver just finished a major project on our house, and we could not be happier with the final result! We had complete confidence in Willie Barbour, the General Manager, as he was so knowledgeable and thorough. Stellar customer service skills. He was so thoughtful in following up with us to make sure his detailed project plan exceeded our expectations. It did! Lauren, their Color Consultant, changed my life. This was a huge undertaking, exterior and interior, and I was overwhelmed with choices. She really listened to us, and the resulting color palette was PERFECT. We could not have chosen this palette on our own. The head painter Abraham, was so skilled, and so patient with all our questions! He came in under deadline, and was very considerate of us and our schedules. We researched painting companies, and were led by friends and reviews to Certa Pro of South Denver. We liked the idea that this is a locally owned franchise, not a faceless national unknown. Thanks, Willie, and all your crew for making a potentially very stressful situation painless! A++!

Certa Pro South Denver just finished painting our house and we could not be happier with the results! They made the process very easy and were happy to answer all of our questions along the way. Our favorite part of the project was pulling up to our house after work on the first day and seeing the amount of preparation the guys had done. So much primer and caulking! We are extremely pleased with the results!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painters have many years of experience painting. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
