- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is quite simple. Most of the routine services are quoted on a not-to-exceed basis prior to our arrival. If the conditions described by the customer don't match what we find, we talk with our customer and show them what we've found before beginning the work. It just the simple idea that we don't like the "bill in the night, nor should the customer."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new customer contacts us we gather the relevant information, understand how they will define success and be pleased, then fully explain our anticipated plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management team has a combined experience of over 60 years. We have project management training, human resources training, appropriate licenses for HVAC, plumbing and electrical service via our contractor network.
