Whether its new builds to clean ups or anythingbin between i make sure that you dont just notice a difference, but that your absolutely happy with end product. I take accountability on my jobsites and emphasize saftey for my crew and your property. I take pride in the work that i do. I started natural designs as a way to serve the community, building better more beautiful spaces for people to enjoy for themselves or with those around them. "Loyalty and Honor. Hire these guys!! Jacob and the crew did phenomenal job of ridding my property of a serious mullien (fast spreading weed) infestation. We asked them to cut the weeds down but in many cases they removed them entirely, bagged them, and took them off to the landfill. I would hire this crew again without a second thought. They were fabulous.

Julia and Jake are incredible. I had quotes from five different companies and if Natural Design was the highest I still would’ve gone with them. However, they are affordable and are willing to work within your budget. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. I will post pictures when the project’s done.

july 20, 2026 follow up to company response. thank you for responding to my earlier complaint. however, just to be clear, all of my interactions with the company was only with the owner and not administration. it was jake that i spoke to, not administration. it was jake that i sent the diagram to, not administration. it was jake who committed to return "in a few days", not administration. i would love to have had the opportunity to see your team in action. i have used Thumbtack more than a dozen different times and this is the first Thumbstack contractor failure to show up and not do what was promised. jake called at the last minute. not a problem. we agreed to a plan of action, he received that diagram that i sent him. he agreed to call the following week and to set an appointment to view the project. it has been 2 weeks and NOTHING. no call. no inspection. no estimate. NOTHING has happened. not what i expect from a Thumbtack Pro! the best way for jake and his company to improve would simply do what he commits to do!

ma'am were very sorry, were incredibly busy and im our sole salesperson. this shouldnt speak to our quality or workmanship but the customer's, we prioritize our customers and our work speaks volumes to our quality and workmanship. were currently building up our administrative department so that this doesn't happen. please let us know if theres anything we can do to make this right!
