I take accountability on my jobsites and emphasize saftey for my crew and your property. I take pride in the work that i do. Jake and his team worked a miracle on our backyard and water feature. We were originally scammed by another contractor and Jake was able to come in, correct the work, and make everything 100x better than it would have been. He was professional, trustworthy, and did an amazing job on the project. We are obsessed with our backyard waterfall/creek. Jake took the time to listen to our vision and expanded on it with practical design elements.

Jake and his team did an excellent job. We ended up replacing our grass with new sod and installing a water fountain. Although we initially contacted them for a minor project, we ultimately entrusted them with a complete yard makeover. Their commitment to the highest quality of work is something I greatly value. While the overall project completion did go beyond the initial timeframe, it was primarily due to their eye for precision.

Hire these guys!! Jacob and the crew did phenomenal job of ridding my property of a serious mullien (fast spreading weed) infestation. We asked them to cut the weeds down but in many cases they removed them entirely, bagged them, and took them off to the landfill. I would hire this crew again without a second thought. They were fabulous.

Julia and Jake are incredible. I had quotes from five different companies and if Natural Design was the highest I still would’ve gone with them. However, they are affordable and are willing to work within your budget. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. I will post pictures when the project’s done.

Seems like they could use administrative support. Took a couple of calls to get someone on the phone to schedule and he never seemed to remember which job/project of his we were talking about.

Finally got it scheduled for 9am on a weekday. At 9am someone showed up with no tools to start on the job, but he had to leave for another job in 45 minutes.... he also told me that the edging I purchased was not something they install even though I text the link to the exact edging I purchased before scheduling. After Guy #1 left at 9:45am, I didn't hear from anyone all day, the Guy #2 showed up well after 5pm to basically start the job by himself but didn't work with the edging i had purchase, so increased the price since it would take more time (fine). since it was so late, we made a plan for Guy #2 to come back first thing the next morning.

The next morning Guy #2 says they be later than planned because they need to drop materials at another job site. 3hrs later a message that they are running behind. 5hrs after that still haven't shown up so I went with someone else.

They should really respect people's time more. That was 2 full business days of me sitting around my house waiting for them when I should have been at my office.
