When I called them they came right over for an estimate . My back yard was really bad and had not been mowed for several weeks. I knew I would have to pay extra this first time. We agreed on $100 and he was to come back the next morning. While he was looking over my yard he asked if he could use my mower and edger because his were broken. The next morning at 9:30am, he had not called or shown up so I called him. The first two times that I called, no one answered and I left a message. After my third call he finally called me back. He tried to tell me that "He was still out of town". I asked what he was talking about, he was just at my home the previous afternoon. He said " Oh, you're THAT lady". I think he got his stories mixed up anyway, I told him I had another lawn service coming. This was a stroke of luck for me because "Carral Lawn Service" did a wonderful job and I will definetly use them again. Jimmie Atchley
