- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are typically 50 minutes. Pricing is often dependent on budget and need. I offer package pricing dependent on number of sessions purchased upfront. I offer a sliding scale as determined by our initial interview. I accept cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first visit helps me to determine your needs, what you would like to get out of our collaboration, and then, how I may help you. I have you fill out paperwork and Schedule future appointments from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Life Coach. I take updated coursework and trainings in psychology and coaching and have my degree in Communication Disorders... plus I have 30 years of life experience in business and helping people. I have been married over 30 years and am a mother of three. One of my children is transgender. Much like you, I have had my share of life's transitions. Because I have experienced and have successfully maneuvered through many of life's events, transitions, losses, failures, and challenges, I can help you to find your peace, happiness, and fulfillment and help you reach your goals.
