- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Denver Express Movers, we believe in honest and transparent pricing. We charge $95/hour with a 2-hour minimum, which includes two professional movers, full equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, shrink wrap), and careful handling of your belongings. If you need a truck, we provide it for a flat $120 fee, which covers the truck, fuel, and equipment. There’s also a small travel fee that depends on the pickup and drop-off locations no surprises or hidden charges. We also offer special discounts for returning customers, same-day jobs, and when booking both moving and cleaning services together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the moving process simple and stress-free. Once you contact us, we’ll ask for the pickup and drop-off addresses, a brief description of what’s being moved, and your preferred date/time. From there, we provide a clear and fair quote right away no long waits or confusing estimates. On moving day, our bilingual, uniformed team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to handle everything carefully and efficiently. We keep you updated throughout the process and make sure you’re 100% satisfied before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in professional moving, loading, and unloading. We’ve been trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, truck loading optimization, and customer communication ensuring your belongings stay safe and your move goes smoothly. Every mover on our crew is background-checked, responsible, and trained to treat your home and furniture with the same care as if it were their own.
