I needed documents for USCIS last minute and she very confidently said she could meet that timeline. With such a tight deadline, I kept bothering her and sending her messages but as annoying as I probably was, she never left me unanswered. She finally told me that they were done way before my deadline and hallelujah amen - documents were perfect. Women of her word for sure.
