After I knocked out a wall in my house I hired ANS to apply a matching drywall texture to the patch work on the walls and ceiling where the wall was removed. When ANS (Skeeter who is the owner) initially provided the quote we discussed how he would apply the spray texture and I felt like he knew what he was doing. I had already prepped the entire area so it was ready for texturing. When he showed up to do the work he decided not to spray and rather apply the texture by hand which turned out to look NOTHING like the existing texture throughout the house and the patch work was ruined. A job that should have only cost me a couple hundred dollars which I had already paid ANS, now costed me $850 additional to hire a new company to fix the horrible job he did. ANS agreed to refund me what I paid them for the work and after many attempts they will not respond and I have still not received that reimbursement so will be submitting this issue to the Better Business Bureau as well. I have never had such a bad experience with someone who considers themselves a professional in their field.

ANS said thumbtack didn’t provide or ask the right questions. I sent photos they wanted sq feet and to know if I had drywall here ( I don’t know that info that’s why you hire a professional) 3 other companies came out and gave me a free estimate. With measurements. I enlisted another company because they bought all supplies, came out for a free estimate and is now doing bonus work.

it is very difficult to bid a project just from a couple of photos dont know if clan up company gave owner any measurements i asked to see project and never got an answer on that so that i could measure project i bring supplies when needed so customer did not give me an evan chance
