- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a standard pricing system which primarily depends on the event that is booked. Each category of our services whether it is a wedding or a birthday party, is broken down by hours of duties needed and how long it takes to finish a each task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is getting to know my customers and what their visions and dreams are in making their event come true. I always meet at a comfortable environment to make them feel comfortable and engage in having a one on one connection with them and finding out their personal style which carries over into their events. The bottomline is to be a good listener and be in tuned with what their strategy is and on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current graduate of QC Event and Wedding planning school and have been certified as an Event and Wedding Planning professional. I have been an administrator in the corporate world for over 12 years which prepares me to be organized and be able to communicate with others. My plan is to further my education in designing and decorating events so I can be most successful in assisting clients with their design concepts.
