- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on a 5 hour window. The rate is $15 for the first 5 hours, and $20 per additional hour. Each client session is billed separately and the 5 hour rate automatically resets per session.There is a 4 hour minimum for closet audits and a 2 hour minimum for one-on-one shopping.These charges are due upon scheduling and any additional charges will be billed to the customer at a later date. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we like to evaluate the customer's goals: what would they like from us? What look are they hoping to achieve? We also take the time to find out what our customer's day to day routines consist of and tailor a wardrobe that can be versatile within those parameters.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been a fashion/retail professional for 16 years working with major department and chain stores. In my capacity as both a Sales and Visual Manager, I have been trained and responsible for a variety of looks in multiple styles as well as several fashion shows for various establishments.
