- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will negotiate with each customer for an agreement on the price. It will depend how many hours are involved and the size of the project. Any materials will be paid for by the customer (printing, stationery, postage, etc.). One round trip to the customer's home or office will be included in price. All other travel will be extra at the time the job is completed and billed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to LinkedIn and am a member of many groups. I stay in contact with the latest developments across a broad array of businesses. I do research on my own and do a lot of reading. I always like to try the newest electronics if they can be useful to my profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Business just came naturally to me. I began taking business courses in high school and have made it my career ever since. I enjoy all aspects of business.
