- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing model is very competitive with the industry average I have an hourly model and flat rate model you simply pay for what I present you I don't believe in an upsell unless you agree.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer has no clue what I am about your trust is something that is earned not given I know trust is a very important part of this business but I don't leave until the job is done and don't collect until my customer is 100% satisfied Quality matters to me from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Plumbing licensed was educated for 5 years on code requirements. I served as an apprentice for a full 5 years and enjoyed the challenges.
