VERY responsive!!! I thought I'd have to wait for weeks to ge the job done but from the time I started the search process to when I had an appointment was less than 4 hours. Had a schedule the next day which turned out to be too soon as I'd ordered a strainer for our new sink and it didn't arrive in time. Plumber arrived absolutely on time. He kept us advised throughout the removal and replacement of our old sink. The ONLY thing I've found was that some caulk wasn't thoroughly removed, i.e., some caulk swipes were found that didn't get removed cleanly from the surrounding tiles or the sink itself. But the whole job took under 3 hours and we are vdry happy with the result. When they say Service Made Easy they mean it!!!
