Horrible, dishonest, liar. we had a clogged drain. By phone he give us a fee from 120- 160. althought we have an easy access, when he arrived the fee increased to $ 189. A guy from this company used the snake to clean it. After he tried to clear the pipe for a few minutes, he told us that our serwer was collapsed and needed a camera to locate the obtruction. He added another $ 150 to use the camera. Ended up paying $ 339 and still a clogged sewer. He diagnosed a collapsed sewer. He said that for $ 3,650 more he will dig up my front yard and install a clean-out. If that doesn't work it will cost me $ 15,000 to $ 18,000 to dig my sewer up to the main drain in the street. I called another company and they cleaned and cleared my drain in 30 minutes and gave me a one year guarantee. Saving me thousands of dollars and the destruction of my front yard. If you want to save money stay away from this company.

9/20/2018 Ines is the one that is untruthful! Their sewer is apparently 160 feet long, this was not mentioned ,about 80 feet of that Is in the cul-de-sac the sewer line has a long belly this Means it has a low point, code requires an access every 100 feet this house did not have, we recommend to install One per code, customers agreed to sewer scope and that's How we all found out the length of the pipe and the issues In which the customer is responsible for payment of that service, customers asked about how much will it take to fix we replied with a rough estimate of $11,000. It sounds like a lot But we are taking about 80 feet of street about 10 feet deep . SG Rooter never tried pushing a repair customer simply asked And we gave him a proximate price. We collected our payment For the service we provided we could only go up to 100 feet and The sewer was about 160 feet, we mentioned to install an access per code or call someone that may have a longer tool they were happy with the service and paid. They called another company and charged them about $700.00. Who pays $700.00 To get their main cleaned, there is clearly a problem and some customers get angry for their issues. A drain cleaning should be no more than $160.00 the customer will continue to pay $700.00 until the problem gets fixed ,jetting the line For $700.00 will not fix the problem . Thank you for taking The time to read my response and also keep in mind SG Rooter has an A+ rating and accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

So frustrating I waited all afternoon and had a no show. He was coming around 3-5. I called at 2:30 for an ETA, Nothing. Called at 5:00 Nothing. Called at 6:00 Nothing. I understand if a job went long but I should have been notified. He didn't even call the next day. I took time off a work and I have to do it again to get my problem solved. I hope the next company is not a no-show

Yes, this customer was supposed to be on the schedule but was some how missed on our end. We value our customer's time and schedule, we offered a $100 credit towards her repair for the inconvenience and the customer did not reply. If we make a mistake, we are always willing to make it right. Thank you Ms. Peterson for the post and we understand your frustration. SG Rooter
