Trichon managed my rental property which she eventually help me sell. Trichon did a wonderful job in getting the property in great shape. All the reno work was managed by Trichon since I was offsite and it was at very affordable cost. End result was the property was in fantastic condition and we got full price offer the same day. Our rates are very competitive. We do not up-charge for repairs, no charge for lease renewals and there is no up-front cost to get started. We don’t get paid until you get paid!
