- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You do not pay anything until the property is rented and filled with a quality tenant. Our fee is then taken out of the first months rent we collect from the new tenant. We have flat fees and right now with our discounts going our fee is $345, that is $400 off our regular price! If you choose to manage the property yourself, then we have one fee for that option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves by phone is our favorite, but we know many clients like to communicate by email first. We send out a free property proposal and rent analysis of your property, no obligation. This shows the actual rent prices we think we can get monthly or your property. This free proposal includes all of our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience in property management since we have managed our own properties since 1994. We started to manage for others in 2007. We do keep up on the latest Colorado regulations as well. We are very hands on and we know how to take care of your property.
