- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To be punctual, reliable, honest, and fair. To diagnose the problem at hand, and properly explain and educate the customer as to what the problem is, provide solutions both short-term and long-term, and answer any and all questions that they may have.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the age of 17, I started working for a plumbing company in Colorado and became their youngest Service Tech. Since then, I have dedicated myself to be the best plumber, I know how to be. In the industry, I am now the owner of a family owned business in the Mile High, servicing both, Commercial and Residential and competing with the biggest companies in Colorado.
