I really love this company because they are super professional and when I had a problem that I didn't discover until 10pm at night they still reached out to fix the problem. I was refunded my second visit money and the head technician came to solve the problem a few days later. They ended up ordering a new part, which I was NOT charged for and set an appointment and came and fixed the washer issue. Nikita and Jane were very awesome and when Nikita was done with the repair he wouldn't even except a tip. I will definitely use this company for all of my appliance issues. They went above and beyond and deserve a 10 star review. Thank you so much for helping us solve are washing machine problem you are the best I've experienced. Initial review. This is a great company. I called them out because my washing machine was squeaking very loud. The technician said I needed four parts that were completely worn out. Ok, replaced. I turned the washer back on and squeak still there. I was told that there was a 30 day warranty if anything needed to be fixed again. So I called and set up appointment and they came out again and replaced a screw and I was charged again even though I was told there would be warranty within 30 days. Needless to say after the second time out and I was charged again the problem was NOT fixed and the loud squeaking is still there. So I was charged twice for a problem that still exists. 🫤"See more
