He apologized that he could not be at my residence to fix the problem until around 2:30pm., it was around 10:30 am that I called him. The technician, Michaell, (sp) arrived on time, and had the replacement part in his hands. He had completed the repairs in approximately 30 minutes. I can honestly say, I have never received such service prior to this call to Galvan Enterprises. Their rates are/were very reasonable. My overall experience with them dictates nothing more than an EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATION to anyone needing an appliance repair.
