Ricardo and his team at R&R did a thorough job on our yards. They effectively activated the sprinkler system, handled weed problems, aerated the soil, applied fertilizer, and engaged in insect control. Ricardo consistently displayed excellent communication skills, starting from our initial interaction. I highly recommend R&R Services.

Most companies I called couldn't repair my sprinklers for 3-4 weeks and I needed them fixed right away. Ricardo did it the same day, very quickly and efficiently. These guys deserve business and I will be using them for any future services needed.

Ricardo was helpful and informative about the problems with my sprinkler. He came to repair one thing, then noticed another concern which he showed me and promptly repaired also. His charge was reasonable and I appreciated the communication we exchanged prior to his visit. I will use R&R again!

We try to work fair for both sides!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off the introduction of our company and what we do, then we communicate with the costumer to get an understanding of what exactly they want done and how they want it done. Then we proceeded to get the work done, once we’re done we do a walk through to make sure we covered everything they wanted done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken irrigation/landscaping training courses and plenty of on hands classes to get quicker & better!
