on time, very professional, did a great job replacing boards and painting the exterior of our house in just a few days
Job was done in a timely fashion. Overall quality was very good on drywall. Workers were friendly and worked hard. Several areas around receptacles on which cutouts were too big were not patched particularly cleanly.
Diego and his team did an excellent job for me. I hired them to hang dry wall and finish the walls in my 1500 sq ft basement. I interviewed four other companies. He is very professional, he communicated with me during the process and always kept me up to date on the delivery of the material, when his team would come and what the next steps would be. He was always on time. I would hire him again and highly recommend D&S Drywall Construction.
Uriel & his team did an awesome job of repairing holes from electrical work in the drywall, covering the floors & countertops, masking & overall preparation. Then they applied two coats of paint in the kitchen & stairwell in record time - all at an affordable price! I'll hire them again for my next painting job.
Great plaster work done by DenCo Plaster and Drywall Repair... I'd recommend these guys to anyone with a big, medium or small plaster work job. They even fixed up some small cracked areas whilst they were undertaking the work I'd asked them to do... Great customer service!
Very Pleased!! Gerardo & Gonzalez did a terrific job on Drywall repair, texture & painting of 2 large bathrooms, walk in closet & hallway. Prompt, hard workers, conscientious. Did great prep and cleanup! There's more work for them here at my house and they will be painting my parent's home and doing some additional work for my extended family !
Mike did great work. I have a difficult work schedule which made scheduling work with other handymen challenging, but Mike made it happen. He did some dry wall work and tile work in my bathroom and it looks great.
I have used Jose several times, each time with great success. I have had Jose simply re-texture walls or drywall entire rooms. He takes his craft very seriously and the results show this. His rates have always been better than most competitors and since I already know the work he does, I might as well call him. You should too.
We hired Jack for several home improvement projects, including a built-in for our family room, wainscoting, tile work and hanging a barn door. He was professional, helpful and extremely informed. His attention to detail is impressive, as is his construction knowledge. I would highly recommend him and we plan to hire him again for future projects!
I only hope I can convey the full measure of unreserved enthusiasm and profound gratitude I feel for having discovered so utterly remarkable an individual as I was privileged to find in the person of Brett Breneisen, the most extraordinary contractor I have ever met. Possessing a range of skills virtually any one of which would stand as amazing, Brett quite literally restored our home to us and saved it from almost certain disaster in the future. Our home had experienced foundation damage that occurred as the result of excessive rain having forced the movement of tons of soil, causing a wall in the (finished) basement to lean in substantially from the top. The damage done by the shifting of the wall was considerable: a large air duct was torn from the ceiling and left hanging askew; the doorway to the furnace room was crushed (the sliding doors no longer doors at all, but reduced to ill-fitting, scarcely usable partitions); the sheetrock composing the ceiling had cracked and buckled. A wall in the hallway had buckled as well, and a portion of it protruded outward, possibly indicating that a structural support beam was being shoved right through the wall. None of the doors in the basement would close anymore; indeed, one, frame and all, had been shifted several inches to one side, leaving a gaping opening. The ceiling in one of the rooms was torn; the room gave the appearance, for all intents and purposes, of a lid being torn off a box. Walls were cracked, and splintered, sheetrock shattered here and there; overall, it was a disaster. The house looked as if it were quite literally about to come down. All that is now in the past. Upon having had the house piered to bedrock and thus arresting the movement of the foundation, we were able to address the sorry sight that our basement had become. Thatâs when I called Brett. Right from the start, he put my mind to ease. He conducted a thorough examination and determined that there was no structural damage. He then set about determining each area of damage and, upon his providing a wonderfully reasonable estimate, secured our go-ahead for the project. Brett started immediately. He addressed each and every concern, turning eye-sore problem areas into show-house perfection. It is virtually impossible now to believe that such damage was ever present. In Brett I observed the most capable and expert contractor, quite frankly, I had ever seen. Nothing was beyond his skill and ability, no area of restoration too large or too complex. He amazed us. Brettâs concise and thorough approach may well have resulted in actually saving our home and, quite possibly, our very lives and those of our beloved pets. The pressing in of the wall had put significant tension on electrical wiring conveying power to ceiling lights. The wiring, Brett found, had been installed incorrectly; rather than having been run through a support, as it should have been, it had instead been wrapped around it. Pressure had broken and exposed the wire, situating what would have been live current in direct contact with dry wood. Upon further investigation, Brett found several additional wiring mistakes, ones that, in addition to the previous, would have almost certainly proved disastrous had I sought to have the lights reactivated, as I very nearly did. In lieu of Brett's discovery of the wiring errors---errors no one lese would likely have found---disaster would have followed. (Some years ago, having become suspicious as the result of anomalous electrical behaviour, I had the power to the lines disconnected. We have of course since then been without any real light in the basement, but that was better than the prospect of what could result.) Brettâs expertise removed all danger and restored the lighting. Additionally, this remarkably talented manâs abilities have resulting in the advent of a beautiful, straight wall, a sharp and clean-looking, perfectly placed heating duct where once there was but a broken and sagging eye-sore, and brand new LED lights that provide twice the light at a fraction of the cost. I have never seen so great and varied a skillset contained within the person of a single individual. He never rushed or in any wise imparted to me the feeling that he just wanted to have done and move on. He never once called and said he couldnât make it over today. He saw each and every aspect of the project through, from start to finish, and the result---I do not say this lightly---is flawless. He explained each step of what he did and always offered me options. He was at all times genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, and instantly rose to any challenge regarding anything additional I might propose. He was always personable and friendly, a genuine delight to have in our home. He was at all times profoundly considerate of our pets, ever careful and cautious regarding them and their safety, and earned our complete trust with them, which is no easy feat. The work he did is flawless, beautiful and complete. Having begun with a disaster, he left us with a wonderfully fully-finished and beautifully-painted basement, having single-handedly transformed our home from eyesore to showplace. So long as he is in business, there is quite simply no one else I shall ever call. He has earned our sincerest admiration and respect.
Jorge did a great job such a very nice person. I would recommend him to do concrete jobs to anyone
I worked with Damion Butler, the owner of Butler Construction, to execute a Stucco repair project for my home. Damion was professional, prompt, responsive and did everything he said he would do, which is huge! (I have dealt with many contractors in the past that lie to your face and don't even begin to follow through on their commitments). Moreover, he was knowledgeable and his work quality was very good. His pricing was fair and he did not gouge the pocketbook. He performed good work for a fair price. It was a pleasure to work with Damion and I would recommend him if you are in need of stucco work on your project.
I purchased a retractable screen door only to find out we do not own the proper tools to install it. Mr. Duckworth offered to do the job for a very reasonable price. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very courteous, making sure we were happy with the results. I would certainly hire Mr. Duckworth for future handyman jobs.
We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that went down to the main level so we needed a bathroom remodel and new drywall and texture in our dinning room. They tile work was great and everything looked good when they had finished. I do wish there was better communication on when people were coming and going for the day.
On time, very professional, great job, and flexible to be able to do a little more than he bargained for. I highly recommend him! Our job was drywall repair and painting for our office. However, I will be calling him back for other things now that I know he can do a lot more.
The team with Stucco and Stone Masons were enjoyable to work with. They showed up promptly every day and worked nearly without taking breaks! They were responsive and made changes until they achieved the look, feel and texture I wanted as I was trying to match the stucco pattern of our 90 year old home. They wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and would be happy with the results. They cleaned everything up once the job was completed and took the trash with them. They clearly have a ton of experience with finishing walls with stucco and stucco like products and working with setting stone with mortar. It was helpful that I speak a bit of Spanish!
Hiring the Rock stucco to do work at our house was a great decision, he was very professional and the work was exceptional. Highly recommend them for your home projects
Very responsive and hard-working. Cleaned up well afterwords, all workers were friendly. Drywalled, taped, and mud garage in one day. Great company to work with - the fastest company we could get to come to our house and the best priced. Would recommend.
Juan was excellent. Quality work, reasonable pricing, knows stucco and finished everything on time when was needed. I would rehire for future stucco repair.
Jake and Brendan are excellent workers who clearly know what they are doing👍. They discussed their work and plans with us for each day and overcame many unexpected obstacles. They are hard workers, reliable, and trustworthy. We appreciated the responsible attitude and even left them to direct other contractors. I would highly recommend them for any project you are considering!!!
They matched the existing stucco so well you can't tell what areas were patched
