Introduction: Overcoming life obstacles can be attached to negative thoughts, overwhelming feelings and out of character behaviors. Therapy can help restore balance to your life. Therapy provides a platform to empower you on your own personal journey of mental wellness and introspection.  Therapy allows you the opportunity to examine or make observations into your own mental and emotional processes, the capacity to explore your inner world and feelings, in addition to gaining the ability to foster a personal focus on planning and managing your life.  Such personal growth improves your personal relationship with yourself as well as interact effectively with others. My name is Siobhan (Shavon) and I am a Psychotherapist and Behavior Interventionist. My approach to therapy is multi-faceted in that, in addition to traditional talk therapy, I also incorporate techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis, Art, Music and Recreation therapy. I am a practioner of Solution Focused and Person Centered modalities, meaning we work as a team to achieve your goals. Together we explore interventions of forward progress. I work with children, families and adults seeking to make positive change in their life, to include, but not limited to, such areas as, improving communication, strengthening relationships or overcoming the challenges of negative symptoms associated with a mental health diagnosis. Together, we will build a deserving life. I offer: Individual Therapy Intensive Individual Therapy Family Therapy Autism Therapy Behavior Coaching Life Coaching Resource Navigation Care Coordination Career Coaching I'd like to invite you to participate in a 15 mins free consultation by phone to further discuss your needs. I sent my kids to SocInq's grief camp. It was just what they needed after the death of their dad. My oldest was mad all the time and my youngest was overcome with fear that I'd die, too. The camp helped them address the complexity of their feelings. Siobhan was an empathetic listener and really understood each of my children views of their dad's death. They are much better now and I am sincerely grateful.

I attended a self-empowerment group lead by the director of SocInq. She was great. I was struggling with who I was and plain uncomfortable in my own skin. She listened to me. She helped me things in myself I spent years fighting against. I have new sense of self and am moving forward with self love. I wouldn't be who I am today if I hadn't attended her group. Thank You!
