Peter Stur says, "I highly recommend Dave at Berry Best Plumbing. Our water heater went out unexpectedly, and Dave came out quickly to assess the situation and gave us a very fair, reasonable quote. When they got to Home Depot, the water heater we selected (the most affordable option) was out of stock. Instead of delaying the job or charging us more, they upgraded us to a better unit and their company absorbed the cost difference.Dave then stayed late, past 8:00 PM to make sure everything was fully installed, tested, and working perfectly before he left. That level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right is rare these days. I hired him and he replaced and outdoor water spigot and replaced sump pump and added an alarm. He was very pleasant, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend. And I might add, I thought he was very reasonably priced!"See more

Julie B. says, "I have been able to work with Omar Garcia on 2 occasions this last summer. He was able to provide services to fix the pipe that had burst in the crawl space the morning after I called. He was there and fixed the leak before I even woke up and gave a year warranty and accepted payment for the service through my bank app. The second time was more complicated and included replacement of my hot water heater in the crawlspace again. He had an assistant and the 2 of them spent the whole day into the night keeping me updated on the project. There was nothing easier for me from the conversation and questions, him purchasing the water heater brand I requested and surprised me with a 40 gallon vs previous 30 gallon tank. Because of the upfront expenses, he asked for part of the cost upfront. His estimate was significantly less than the other company I had come to provide an estimate. He also had to be flexible with the rest of the payment due to him having a new business account and my account limitations on new company accounts. I am so grateful his work ethic, responsible and timely support. He is building his business and is not likely to be able to have the turn around to be there so quickly especially when he's already hands down better than the others in my opinion! You will not regret giving your plumbing woes to Omar Garcia."See more
