- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront pricing - no guessing or last minute surprises. We offer discounts for military, seniors, and maintenance plan members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can expect us to reach out almost immediately to talk to you about your project. Our office will call you to talk about your project and answer questions you might have. Then we will get your information and schedule an appointment. Many appointments can be scheduled for the same day or within 24-48 hours. When onsite our certified and trained technician will provide you with a few repair options and once you choose the one you like work can usually begin immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained and certified. We continually do training both in our dedicated training facility as well as out in the field.
