Horizon Services and Stefano were great to work. The main shutoff valve on my sprinkler system was getting hard to turn. In a tight spot in my basement that I didn’t want to deal with. Horizon was very responsive on Thumbtack and I think I had them scheduled for the next day. Stefano was on time and had the job done in just a couple of hours.

Anthony arrived right on schedule. My furnace was not firing up (the reason for the call). As Anthony was checking the wires, etc., the fuel delivery started working again and everything has been working great!

The pro got the furnace started again by turning it back on. Just needed a restart? There was no other explanation. The talk was so filled with upselling that it was distracting. Suggestions to get a maintenance plan, my furnace was old, etc were ongoing. I agreed to $200 for a maintenance visit.

Upfront pricing - no guessing or last minute surprises. We offer discounts for military, seniors, and maintenance plan members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can expect us to reach out almost immediately to talk to you about your project. Our office will call you to talk about your project and answer questions you might have. Then we will get your information and schedule an appointment. Many appointments can be scheduled for the same day or within 24-48 hours. When onsite our certified and trained technician will provide you with a few repair options and once you choose the one you like work can usually begin immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained and certified. We continually do training both in our dedicated training facility as well as out in the field.
