We primarily market our business through referrals and repeat customers. T.S. Windows and Doors does offer referral fees and promotional discounts when applicable. All in home estimates are free with no obligation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a clear understanding of what the homeowner wants and what their end goals are. Ensure we provide realistic expectations on the entire process and what is required to complete the requested project(s). i.e. accountability between parties, timelines, materials, labor and cost.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
MBA with fifteen years in managing large commercial and residential construction portfolios for lending institutions.
