Yoga has often intrigued me, but the few classes I attended previously didn't come close to meeting any of my needs. Thank goodness I met Sona! I have attended both group classes and private sessions with her. She listens to both my spoken and unspoken needs and tailors each session to be exactly what I need at that time - from finding peace and contentment to energizing me for tasks ahead. She intuitively finds the correct balance of pushing me to do more and accepting when I have truly done my best - which of course changes from day to day. My practice with Sona has benefited me physically, emotionally and mentally. I am stronger in so many ways and can use what I have learned from her in all areas of my life! I never expected such radical improvement, but I have received it and am so happy and grateful. Thanks, Sona!

I had a one-on-one yoga session with Sona and it was amazing. She tailored the yoga to my body and what I wanted to work on. She showed me the the proper way to do each pose to get the most benefit. I thought I knew how to do yoga, but I have a lot to learn. I look forward to our next yoga session. Thanks so much Sona, you are amazing.

Sona was so patient and knowlegable while she taught the importance of Yoga to our Girl Scout troop. She taught 10 basics poses for the girls to practice for a month and they have all increased their endurance. She was excellent and we highly recommend working with Sona!

I have not done yoga in the past and wanted some personal attention. Sona came to my hotel room and catered the class to my need. I have been hesitant of yoga, mainly because when I tried it many years ago I got bored. I really liked getting the perusal attention with her and her professionalism. I will contact her again, when I am on my next Denver outing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour for a yoga session and if I need to travel to you that fee is approximately $15 depending on the length of travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to take the time to get to know their goals, strengths, weaknesses or injuries and what they expect to gain from their practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour training from Axis Yoga here in Denver. I have also attended advanced training with Matthew Sanford and Cheryl Deer.
