I had Olexy come over to fix my 20 year old-electric-wall oven. He pulled it out of the cabinet and tested everything. He determined it was the control panel. While he was here I also had him look at my side by side refrigerator/freezer because I had noticed ice buildup at the bottom of the freezer and some leaking on the floor. I had a frozen-drain pipe which he quickly repaired. I will definitely use Olexy for any future appliance repairs. He knows his trade, is easy to work with, and I always find dealing with the owner and operator of a small-repair business provides the best value.

I called Olexy about the dryer function of the dishwasher not working. He responded quickly within an hour and was able to come that same evening after finishing a current job he was on. I appreciated the prompt response and same day availability. After an extensive inspection he quoted me a repair price, but also had an honest conversation with me about the appliance probably not being worth the fix. I was able to make an informed decision given his honest diagnosis and communication. Although he only charged me for the diagnostic visit, he put in more time to get to the bottom of the problem and I happily paid him a bit more for his time and professionalism. I have several rental properties and will be using Olexy again.

First, it was after 8pm and I was treated like the first customer of his day! He looked at every possible solution, and we laughed that my dishwasher was too smart. However, he was also HONEST!!! after checking the pump and finding a small clog, which caused the machine sensor to shut down, avoiding damage. He could have lied, and charged me $$$ for a new pump, but instead walked me through each step, happy that it was fixed. There are so few repair people now that show up, let alone know what they are doing, and I really hope he isn’t booked up once word gets around, because this is where I will go to for any help! A++++++++ service, knowledge, attitude and just common sense. Thank you so much.
