Laura and Molly put together a tapas-style menu for my husband's 40th Birthday Party, which we had at Settembre Cellars. I contacted four different caterers in the Boulder area, and Laura was the most prompt at returning my call, and sending us a menu, which had been developed to go with Settembre's wines. One of the caterers called me and didn't have information and promised to call me back later, but didn't. Another was busy on my requested date, but very kind and sent along some other recommendations, and the last one never returned my phone call. There were quite a few options to choose from with Appetite Alley in terms of the tapas dishes. There was not a kitchen at our location, but Laura was confident that would not be a problem, and on the evening of the event, the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Our guests commented that everything was delicious, and wanted to know how we found our caterer. My only recommendation is that if you order the scallops, make sure you get more than you think you'll need! They were wildly popular, and gone like a flash. This event came at a very busy time for me, and Appetite Alley helped make it so easy and relaxing for me, it was like I was a guest at my own party! Thanks again, Laura and Molly!

Molly came to my home to prepare a birthday dinner for my family. The food was amazing and Molly was a pleasure to have in my home. Molly was ready to create the meal of my dreams, inquiring about likes/dislikes, allergies, etc...For me, the meal of my dreams is not having to plan or cook! So, I asked Molly to come up with the menu. She created a 3 course meal consisting of a salad, main dish and dessert. Based on the taste and presentation of the food, it is clear that Molly loves what she does. The added bonus was she left my kitchen cleaner than when she arrived. I look forward to using her service again in the future. Excellent way to treat yourself to something unique and special.

Laura and Molly prepared tapas, meat & cheese plates, fruit plates and vegetable plates for an afternoon gathering of 70. The food was amazingly delicious but even more important were the positive attitudes and friendliness of Laura and Molly. They arrived early, cooked up a storm, answered questions from party goers, gave recipes and cleaned the kitchen upon departure. We would absolutely use them again and have been recommending them to our friends!

Laura did an outstanding job with our dinner party for 12 women in my home. She carefully planned a vegetarian and gluten free delicious meal, and she even cleaned up the kitchen afterwards! Thanks so much for a terrific evening, Appetite Alley!

Definitely! Reading constantly about food (web, magazines and books). We love experimenting with different flavors.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both had separate careers before partnering together to create our company. We have always loved cooking and met during culinary school to follow our passion. We worked very well together.
