- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering prices from our menu are pretty cut and dry. Our in-house parties are based on a food and beverage purchase minimum that does fluctuate depending on our usual business. The minimums can range from a few hundred dollars for our covered, heated patio during the winter, to $3,000 for the same space on a graduation weekend evening. Please always just call to inquire about the minimum on your date. I can be flexible with the minimum if you plan your party at an off-time like 3-5 pm, or after 7:30 at night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef is constantly sourcing local ingredients that interest him and running them as specials to gauge interest in different flavors, textures, and ingredients. He changes the menu at least 4 times a year to stay relevant and exciting for our guests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's what I love to do in my spare time!
