FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They usually email me through my website. Most seem to have 98% of the questions answered from all the information on my website. I make it a point to not hide anything and everything is listed. Then I make sure date is available. Then the client usually tells me the starting time they are thinking of and I let them know of the free idle time hour included. So they can get more out of the booth. If a wedding, they can open for cocktail hour while they are taking photos. Then pause for dinner for free (time is not against the booth rental time and break), then reopen booth after toasts/cutting the cake and 1st dance for the remainder booked time (usually 2-3hrs). Then I tell them I will prepare the online agreement (no mailing or faxing) and the $200 deposit link via paypal which they do not need an account to use any card. And finally I finish with letting them know in the mean time to be thinking of their photo strip design (logo and or words/font/font color/pattern or design), backdrop and guestbook choice they want that are all listed on my website:-)
