I have been doing this for 30 years. A while back a customer asked me what did the term master on my card mean? I responded that either I or one of my previous employees had made just about every mistake possible over the years I have fixed just about every mistake that can be made and learned how to the best way to do things so as not to make them in the future. I still enjoy the job satisfaction that comes with a job well done.

Norm was great with putting my my basement studs, drywall and baseboards back together, including texturing. Very helpful how he broke out his estimate with clear parts and labor so I had a full vision of the work, even as it needed to evolve. He stuck around until it was done the night before we needed carpet installed in that room the next morning. I hope to use him again next time I need help.

Had a leak caused by an ice dam above sliding door in kitchen. Norm was out there the next day and when he was finished the leak was gone. Great job with a great attitude. Will have him do other work in the spring.

Norm is very detail oriented, skilled and truly a one stop professional. We recently purchased a home built in 1994, he repaired and matched the trim on the exterior beautifully before he even started painting. He identified the best lines to enhance our home, and even skim coated the porch so that it was smooth and a beautiful entrance to our new home.
