Introduction: I am a personal chef, graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, with both a nutrition and a design background. I bring both together providing delicious, healthful meals literally made with love, and using only high-quality, organic ingredients. I pay careful attention to individual needs and dietary restrictions; most of my dishes are gluten free and dairy free. I strive to help my clients discover a sense of wellbeing and by eating fresh, organic, sustainable food that is locally grown whenever possible. My clients leave their tables feeling good and satisfied, following my meals.
I offer both family-style "comfort food" type dishes and house specialty entrees--all of which are complete meals (see my menu,attached). A "comfort food" meal might be a soup, such as Herb-Roasted Turkey/Wild Rice with Mixed Green Salad; Chicken Marsala with Fresh Asparagus. or Organic Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole (families love it).
My specialties typically reflect delicious Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, with dishes like Sake Salmon with mango-pineapple salsa; Seared Ahi with Sweet Potato-Shallot Hash; Shrimp/Lobster or Chicken/Shitake/Chive Shumai (dumplings) with Apricot-Serache dipping sauce.
We offer our services for Special Events Catering, as well. Our plating and presentation is
beautiful and memorable, making the experience one you will remember.
