Kunga Norbu is very knowledgeable in his work. He actually carved a piece of wood detail molding that was missing on the front of my drawer door. Unbieliveable! You would never know it! He is a finisher, that takes pride in what he does. He picks up after himself when he is finished with his work. Nothing is left behind that needs to be cleaned up. When you have contractors or refinishers come to the house it's always that last little detail that they leave, not Kunga Norbu he finished down to the detail. Yes I would recommend him for refinishing work. He has already done two pieces for me that came out great!

Kung did an incredible job refinishing our antique pine table. He came into Manhattan and picked up the table, and brought it back exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, and the work is impeccable. I would absolutely recommend using him to repair any furniture. The price was also very affordable. Highly recommended.

Kunga is fantastic. He has incredible experience and work ethic. Out of 10 quotes, Kunga gave me the lowest quote. I would recommend Kunga to anyone, and will keep his contact for any future projects. He is completely focused on his work and repaired a dresser that I thought was long gone.

Kunga did a great job repairing an antique chair that was really quite badly damaged. I am so pleased with the way the chair looks and functions now. He turned a useless chair into quite a lovely object again-- It is a lovely piece of furniture, now. He is a lovely person and he was responsible and professional. I would recommend his work. He cares about doing a good job and that seems a rare thing these days...He also did the job in a timely and courteous manner. Again, I appreciated his style and sunstance. He cares about his craft!
