  At Papa's Home Improvements, the customer is always treated like a member of the family. You can be confident that we will provide you with honest upfront pricing, knowledgeable and experienced technicians with strong values and work ethic. Prices may vary based on the size of the crew, the service provided and the size or duration of the project.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Typically when working with a new customer my target projects are smaller and don't require an onsite estimate. For example if you needed a toilet replaced, and made a request on Thumb Tack. I would greet you and make a price quote for this service. We then discuss the details of you project either by message or phone and set up a time for the work to be performed. At the time of the service I am anxious to get right to work, demonstrating my style and ability. I know that each new customer equals opportunity for a life long relationship of service that is enormously valuable to our family and to yours.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  International Code Counsel National Standard Building Test Pass Letter for Residential and Commercial up to three stories. Uponor AquaPEX® Water Pipe Contractor Certification for plumbing professionals. TracPipe Certification Gas Pipe Contractor Certification for plumbing professionals.
