FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide professional, commercial-grade services using hot water, steam, and biologically active compost applications. Pricing reflects equipment mobilization, travel, labor, and expertise, not just time onsite. For Denver metro projects involving steam or hot water, we operate on a 3-hour minimum due to travel and setup. Compost tea applications are priced by volume and coverage area. Steam weed removal and hot water cleaning are typically hourly-based depending on scope. We are transparent about pricing and confirm estimates before scheduling. Sliding scale options are available in certain circumstances — if cost is a barrier, we encourage open communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing project details and photos to provide an accurate estimate and if our services are right for you! Once pricing is confirmed, we collect your email and add you to our scheduling platform where you’ll receive confirmation details and service reminders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor’s from University of Colorado Boulder, Permaculture Design Certificate, USDA Pesticide Applicators License. We bring a strong background in soil science, sustainable land care, and responsible application practices. Our approach combines ecological knowledge with commercial-grade equipment and practical field experience.
