Introduction: The work I do differs greatly from the work done at many other locations. I, as a Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer, strive to eliminate pain and discomfort by increasing strength or mobility in the right muscles for each individual client depending on their movement patterns and daily activities. People seek my expertise to learn how to move properly and, through this, understand more about their bodies and how they can empower themselves through strength in functional movement. Empowering my clients is by far the most rewarding aspect of my job. My clients are rewarded through recognition of their strength and potential for a more balanced life and body. Katie gave me an absolutely wonderful massage and was a pleasure to talk to. Great communication! I like a pretty deep tissue/good amount of pressure and she did an outstanding job! I went in barely able to move my neck & had full range of motion when I left. I will be going back & recommending her to anyone in need of a good massage. Great pricing too! Thank you!

I highly recommend Katie. She was able to immediately pinpoint the areas that were causing me pain and do a mixture of massage and stretching to get my body back to where it needs to be. She was also able to recommend stretches for me to do on the areas that need it.

Kaitie has provided challenging and well thought-out personal training sessions for me twice weekly for the last two years. I have enjoyed working with her style of training and benefitting from her knowledge of muscle patterns and movement. She is always positive and pushes me to work hard in achieving my goals. It feels like a new experience every session - she varies the workouts, keeping them fresh and exciting. She has a specific intention with the selection of every exercise in delivering the type of workouts my body and mind need.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer 10% discount packages for booking 5 or 10 sessions of either of my services (best used as a combination of massage and movement).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically I will spend the first session doing an initial assessment that includes discussing goals and challenges, as well as taking a new client through some standard motions to assess potential imbalances in movement. At this point, we would either continue with whichever service the client has purchased (personal training or massage).

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I assess movement and function in my clients and develop a personal program that will help them to accomplish their goals. Whether this means relief from pain; greater strength, ability and longevity; rehabilitation of injury; or increased general fitness and mobility, I have been trained to recognize what my clients need and how to deliver results.
