- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer 10% discount packages for booking 5 or 10 sessions of either of my services (best used as a combination of massage and movement).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically I will spend the first session doing an initial assessment that includes discussing goals and challenges, as well as taking a new client through some standard motions to assess potential imbalances in movement. At this point, we would either continue with whichever service the client has purchased (personal training or massage).
- What types of customers have you worked with?I assess movement and function in my clients and develop a personal program that will help them to accomplish their goals. Whether this means relief from pain; greater strength, ability and longevity; rehabilitation of injury; or increased general fitness and mobility, I have been trained to recognize what my clients need and how to deliver results.
