I have nothing but the highest praise for Carol and her cooking! She has been preparing meals for my grandmother for over a year, and the benefit to her has been enormous -- has allowed her to maintain her independent lifestyle (at 96!), and the gluten-free whole foods diet that Carol provides has had a positive impact on her digestion and overall health. Carol tailors her meals to my grandmother's tastes and numerous dietary restrictions, and always has something new and creative to offer. She goes above and beyond with her kindness and caring -- making sure my Grandmother is stocked on essentials and fresh produce, and communicating back to me any and all concerns regarding my grandmother's diet and health. Carol is quite literally a lifesaver!

Carol has cooked for our family for over two years. Our oldest daughter was diagnosed with a serious autoimmune disease and we were suddenly faced with the challenge of changing our diets and learning about food-as-medicine. Carol has been a central part of our education and recovery. Her food has been healing, and most importantly, absolutely delicious.
