Introduction: I've been a trainer since 2008. I have worked at Lifetime Fitness, LA Fitness, Vision Quest, and for myself. Working for myself at my clients home allows me to really get to know my clients needs and goals. I love working with TRX suspension bands and body weight or whatever you have laying around the house. Many of my clients end up doing Self-defense training which is another service I provide. I come with everything needed. We start off by getting your measurements, goals, health history, workout history and I put your plan together from there. I am at your house so I can see what you eat and help with nutrition because without both exercise and nutrition it is almost impossible to truly get your goal. I am able to utilize any space available inside or out. No matter what your end goal is I can help get you there.

I've only just started with Ryan but I love that he switches up the work outs. I'm not sure I would've ever tried something like Krav Maga before working with him, but I love it. Looking forward to seeing the progress I make.

Ryan takes the time to understand what my objectives were for the training and tailored a program that was perfect for me. There are core exercises but he regularly mixes up the work-outs so they are not boring and overly repetitive. He is patient and understanding. I highly recommend him!

    $55 per session or 12 for $540

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First session I like to sit down and listen to my clients goals and go over any history before jumping into a workout. My number 1 rule is to not hurt my client by setting realistic goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated from NPTI, I have completed my NASM-CPT, NSCA-CPT, Fitness Anywhere TRX, NSCA tactical strength and conditioning, and Dot-Fit nutritional certificates.
