- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First session I like to sit down and listen to my clients goals and go over any history before jumping into a workout. My number 1 rule is to not hurt my client by setting realistic goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from NPTI, I have completed my NASM-CPT, NSCA-CPT, Fitness Anywhere TRX, NSCA tactical strength and conditioning, and Dot-Fit nutritional certificates.
