Ryan takes the time to understand what my objectives were for the training and tailored a program that was perfect for me. My address is not on thumbtack and never has been. I do not give out my personal home address. Your request was for a trainer to come to your apartment and train you there and that is the service I provide. I do not want clients coming to my home and for that reason I do not have an address on Thumbtack. How does me not giving an address affect my skills as a trainer? Trainers be ware this guy is a conman!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First session I like to sit down and listen to my clients goals and go over any history before jumping into a workout. My number 1 rule is to not hurt my client by setting realistic goals.
