"After thoroughly reviewing all the quotes that I obtained and reading through the reviews of what real people had to say, I picked Hayder. He's quote was no nonsense and simple to understand. I hired his company to move my 4 bed room home. He estimated that it will take ~4-5 hr to move. I thought it was very ambitious. Hayder arrived ~45min late (drive from Denver to FC) while I was getting a little nervous. However, as soon as he arrived at 9:45, he went into a super man mode. I was already exhausted from moving and packing smaller stuffs from the previous day. I asked him if he needed me to do anything. His exact words were "You sit back and relax now and I'll take care of everything". From what I remember, throughout the entire duration, he took two 30s drink break. I was awestruck at this guys professionalism and untiring energy. To see him in action was so reassuring of what I read in earlier reviews. They are 100% true (although I was a little skeptical earlier). Infact I literally had to interrupt him couple of times to take a tea break. But no, not this guy. Over all the move went well. He got the move done in 7h. He was let down by his support guy who unfortunately was not matching up to Hayder's standard in energy levels (I honestly think it's not just to even compare, however I had to mention that). He even offered to waive off an hour's worth of hard work but I should be a blind guy to not see his genuine effort to get things done. All said done, except for few expected minor wear and tear during such a move, HM Moving and Delivery is now my Platinum standard for a moving company. I also learnt a few things about professionalism, discipline and commitment to job at hands. At the end, I offered him some hot chaai. Just as he took his first sip, he got a call from another customer in Denver. The guy took off transferring his hot chaai in a to-go cup to attend his next job. This was after 7 straight hours of back bending lifting....Thank you Hayder."
