Matt came within 24 hours of me reaching out, I needed work done the same day. It was a tall order, but he made it happen. He set up our new computers and transferred all data we wanted from the old ones. He came to my place of business, so my team didn't skip a beat. An absolute hero! Not only did he diagnose my computer problems perfectly, but assisted me through getting new parts, and was there to answer my questions though the whole process. Even after I paid him, i had a different pc problem which he resolved in a matter of minutes which i had been trying to fix for the better part of 2 hours. Matthew did an amazing job. My daughter is 1100 miles away attending school in Denver. He agreed to meet her on campus on a Sunday afternoon. Spent 5 hours Sunday and all of Monday getting her laptop working. He made sure all her school programs were up and running on her computer, walked her through everything ensuring she was comfortable with everything before leaving. Great Job!
