Penguin recently installed our new bathroom vanity and sink and handled all of the plumbing work for us. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The plumber showed up on time, was very kind and professional, and explained everything in great detail. We also got text updates of when he was coming and when he arrived which was honestly pretty nice to have! The new sink and vanity look amazing, and he left the are super clean. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Penguin was awesome. Our disposal had been humming and not draining for a week, and I finally decided to call someone. They were very friendly over the phone. The plumber, Jaron, showed up on time (actually sent a tracking link so I knew when he was coming), wore shoe covers, and replaced it super quickly. Already had the parts on hand He was super transparent about the price upfront and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Penguin Home Services today. The plumber, Jaron, was communicative and came right when he said he would. He replaced my original kitchen sink and faucet with a new updated sink and faucet combo and I love it! I will definitely be using Jaron and his team again.

Not your granddads plumber, thats for sure! Had a huge leak this morning, and they came the same day and whipped it into shape in no time. Completely transparent and honest; the first time in a long time I didnt feel hoodwinked by a home service professional (Im looking at you, Quantum Fiber). Plus, I LOVE flat-rate pricing, so that was a huge plus for me.They explained all my options and respected our technical knowledge on the subject. We cant stand a knowledge bully, so this was a 10/10 experience from us.
