- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I listen to their areas of concern, do a full walk through and give them a price up front along with a an idea on what to expect on there problem areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of my training was provided by my employment with Zerorez carpet cleaning.
