- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price for the job will not be higher than what I send you unless there's significantly more involved than what you describe. Often, I will lower my price upon receiving further details and/or doing a site walk with you and establishing precisely what you want. I'll always find the most cost effective and efficient way to complete your request because I take pride in my name and keeping customers happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send you an estimate. I'll surely need to walk the job so that I know I'm giving you the most reasonable price. I'll gather the materials in a timely matter and do the install whenever is best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a third generation HVAC Journeyman with over 6 years experience doing both commercial and residential HVAC. I've done hundreds of furnace/ac installations. My father is my partner on all of my jobs and he is the Yoda of HVAC with more than 30 years of experience.
